PGN signs agreements with ceramic producers

State-controlled gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) signed on Thursday agreements with three ceramic producers, PT Platinum Ceramics, PT Sinar Karya Duta Abadi and PT Jui Shin Indonesia.
The agreements signed with Platinum Ceramics and Sinar Karya were amendments to the gas sales and purchasing agreements (GSPAs) previously signed by the companies while the agreement with Jui Shin was a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on gas sales and purchasing, PGN said in a statement.
The agreements were signed on the sidelines of a ceramic fair at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) in Jakarta.
PGN?s Business Director Jobi Triananda Hasjim said as of end-2014, PGN has a total of 796 customers among ceramic producers with a combined supply of 940 mmscfd of gas.
