PGN signs HoA with Millenium Power

State-controlled PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) (Peresero) signed on Wednesday a Heads of Agreement (HoA) with PT Millenium Power to provide gas for the latter?s power plant(s).
Under the agreement, PGN will supply the power plant owned by Millenium Power with gas starting in the first quarter of 2017 through the end of 2024. Total gas demand of the power plant(s) is 591 bbtud, PGN said in a statement.
The statement did not provide any details regarding the power plant(s).
PGN alsos said the firm recently signed Gas Sales and Purchasing Agreements (GSPA) with three power plants in Lampung, namely Sri Bawono, Sutomo and Tarahan. Total gas demand of the power plants is 45 mmscfd.
