PGN supplies gas to 4,000 new households in Cirebon

State owned gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) has started supplying gas to 4,000 new household costumers in Cirebon, West Java.

A ceremony was held on Tuesday in Cirebon to inaugurate the gas supply. Present at the ceremony were among others Heri Poernomo, Director of Oil and Gas Upstream Business Oversight at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), Cirebon Mayor Ano Sutrisno, and PGN?s Business Director Jobi Triananda Hasjim, PGN said in a statement.

Gas pipe connections to the 4000 households were installed by the MEMR?s Directorate General of Oil and Gas.

Besides, PGN has also been intalling pipe connections to 2,205 new household costumers in the city this year as part of its ?PGN Loves Mothers? program. The new connections, installed by both the MEMR and PGN, will bring the number of PGN?s household customers in Cirebon to 19,309.
