PGN to pay Rp 7.47 billion interim dividend

State-owned gas transmission and distribution PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk said Friday the meeting of director and commissioner had approved an interim dividend of Rp 1.71 per share for the first nine months of 2004.
PGN said the dividend of Rp 7.47 billion will be distributed on December 30, 2004 to approximately 4.37 billion shares.
PGN booked net profits of Rp 263.8 billion in the period.
The government owns 61 percent of PGN. (Robert)
