State gas transmission and distribution firm PT PGN has planned to set by the end of this month the price and yield of its US$250 million worth bonds, company president director WMP Simandjuntak told Petromindo.Com Monday.
Simandjuntak said his company would announce bond pricing and yield in Jakarta and Singapore.
He added that some investors were asking PGN to increase the bond yield to 8.75 percent PA from the 7.75 percent planned by the company.
Global ratings agency standard & Poor?s assigned a B-minus rating to the proposed bond issue, while rival Moody?s Investors Service had rated the deal at B3.
PGN decided to delay the bond issuance due to the bloody bomb blast at a Jakarta hotel last Tuesday. (godang)
