PGN to soon kick off bond road show in Singapore

State gas transmission and distribution company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) was making final preparations for its road show in Singapore to offer its planned US$250-million, 10-year bonds, Koran Tempo daily reported Wednesday.
The paper said that PGN president director WMP Simanjuntak and other company officials were in Singapore Tuesday, and that they would soon begin meeting with area investors.
Simanjuntak said recently that PGN?s road shows for the bond offering would take place in Singapore, Hongkong and London, starting from later last week.
PGN would use proceeds of the bond issue, which will be lead managed by Credit Suisse First Boston, for its Grissik-Pagardewa pipeline project in South Sumatra.
The bonds will offer a fixed rate coupon of 7.75 percent. (*)
