PGN transfers Lampung LNG terminal to subsidiary

State-controlled gas distribution firm PT Perusahaan Gas Nagara (PGN) said on Friday that it has, on March 18, 2014, transferred its Lampung LNG terminal and regasification project to its 99%-owned subsidiary PT PGN LNG Indonesia.
Starting from the signing of Letter of Undertaking, the operations and commercialization of Lampung Floating Storage Regasification Facilities will be carried out by PGN LNG, the company said.
The Lampung LNG terminal is scheduled to start operations later this year. The facilities is located in the eastern tip of Sumatra island.
