PHE drills 86 wells

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) noted that until end of October 2012, it has drilled 86 wells, comprising 70 development wells and 16 exploration wells.
?The drilling of 58 wells has been completed, while drilling on 12 wells is still on going,? Sugeng Haryanto, PHE Public Relations Manager, told Petromindo.com Thursday.
He added for the 16 exploration wells, the drilling of 11 wells has been completed, while drilling on the remaining five is still progressing.
?Of the 16 exploration wells, there are 14 oil and gas wells, and 2 CBM wells. And of the 16 wells, there are 11 oil and gas discovery wells, while five wells only show oil and gas indication, or considered as dry hole,? Sugeng explained.
He said that in 2013, PHE will be more aggressive in drilling works both for exploration and development wells, and both oil and gas, and CBM wells.
