PHE expects new well at WMO to start producing in 1-2 months

PT Pertamina Hulu Energy, a subsidiary of state oil and gas company PT Pertamina, said it expects the KE38 well at the West Madura Offshore (WMO) block to start production in the next one to two months, said PGE President Director, Dwi Martono.
The well is being drilled with a targeted depth of 8000 feet, and is part of the company?s plan to ramp up the block?s production.
The company expects oil production from the block can be increased to 20,000 barrels per day (BPD) by the end of this year from 13,000-14,000 BPD currently. (godang)
