PHE hopes work over to increase WMO production

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) expects production increase at the West Madura Offshore (WMO) block in East Java can be supported through work over process, well stimulation, and pump installment.
The subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm Pertamina is hoping for significant results in August.
?The production increase at WMO depends on the work over process, well stimulation and pump installment at PHE-30 and drilling of new production well at the PHE-32 structure,? PHE Operational Director, Edi Purnomo told Petromindo.com on Friday.
He said that are at least five well that have to be stimulated with acid fracturing, reperforation, pump installment, etc. Currently, activities are centered on pump installment at PHE-30-A8 and well drill development at PHE 32-A4.
?All are still in execution progress in the field. God Willing, there will be significant real progress in August,? he said.
