PHE Nunukan plans 3D seismic tender soon

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Nunukan Company, operator of the Nunukan block in East Kalimantan Province, is set to hold tender at the end of this year to select contractor for a planned 300 sq km 3D seismic at the block.
The company plans to drill the Keris exploration well in the block in the first quarter of 2018.
?The tender plan for the 3D seismic has been approved by SKK Migas, and preparations to hold the tender are underway,? said General Manager of PHE Nunukan Achmad Zailani to Petromindo.com on Wednesday. ?The award for the 3D seismic will be made in the first quarter of 2018,? he added.
The Nunukan block is operated by PHE Nunukan with a 66.7 percent interest. It partners with Indian firms Videocon Industries (20.83 percent) and Bharat Petro Resources Ltd. (12.50 percent).
