PHE ONWJ invites bidders for EPCI pre-qualification.

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ), the Operator of the Offshore North West Java PSC, is inviting service contractors to participate in the pre-qualification process for engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of GG field development project.
The new GG field is a 3-phase reserve and will require facilities and pipelines for gathering and subsequent export.
The firm said in a tender announcement that the objective of the EPCI is to drain hydrocarbons from reservoir within Baturaja Formation with gas production rate of 31 mmscfd and 155 bcpd.
The contractor shall perform engineering, procurement, construction/fabrication, installation, hookup, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up assistance for EPCI that comprise onshore and offshore scope of work which include but not be limited to:
Scope for onshore:
1. Install new OPF (Onshore Processing Facility) Balongan (including gas processing facilities, condensate processing facility, utility & offsite facilities)
2. Install onshore pipelines from the OPF tie in to the existing Pertamina EP plant
3. Relocation and/or demolition of existing facilities and existing underground pipeline (if required)
Scope for offshore:
1. Install a new 4 legs GGA Normally Unmanned Installation (NUI) platform and its topside facilities. GGA NUI platform consists of Main Deck to place all process and utilities equipment, Mezzanine Deck to place Christmas Tree, Solar Panels array, DC Panel Package, including Helideck which is located on above of Mezzanine Deck
2. Install a new 12? Three-phase Carbon Steel GG export pipeline, approximately 35 km from GGA NUI to OPF Balongan. Approximately 19 km of this pipeline has to be buried 2 meters depth.
All Bidders shall have excellence and extensive experience in similar EPCI project both for Onshore and Offshore work; have strong financial capability based on audited financial statement by reputable independent auditor to ensure self-adequacy of project cash flow and initial working capital to run the project; and have excellent HSSE Management System which can be verified by PHE ONWJ.
PHE ONWJ requires bidder or one of its consortium member who participated in this tender is the one who owned and operates the Main vessels (pipelay barge and accommodation work barge and/or crane barge) or has a valid legal agreement with the Vessels owner.
