PHE ONWJ, Krakatau Steel reach agreement on gas price

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ), the operator of the Offshore North West Java PSC, has reached an agreement with state-owned steel company PT Krakatau Steel on gas selling price.

General Manager of PHE ONWJ, Joni Sinulingga told Petromindo.com Tuesday that the company was currently awaiting for approval from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and the upstream oil and gas regulator BPMIGAS.

?PHE ONWJ and Krakatau Steel have reached an agreement (over gas selling price). We have submitted the decision on the gas selling price to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and BPMIGAS. We hope that it could be signed as soon as possible,? Joni said, but declined to disclose the gas price and other details.
