PHE ONWJ lowers production target for next year

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (ONWJ), the operator of ONWJ block offshore West Java, targets to produce 39,500 bopd from the block, down from this year?s target of 40,000 bopd.
The production decrease will come as a result of natural decline and efficiency program, PHE ONWJ?s General Manager Irwansyah said on Tuesday.
The firm has no drilling plan for next year and maximally utilize the services provided by its affiliates (other subsidiaries of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina) as part of efficiency measures. This is line with ?survival strategy?, he said.
