PHE ONWJ opens EPCI tender for YY, FSB, SP, KLD fields

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ), the operator of the ONWJ block, is inviting services companies to participate in a pre-qualification tender for engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of production facilities at the YY-FSB-SP-KLD new field development project.
In a tender document issued on Wednesday, the company said that the scope of work include EPCI for the development of four new fields such as normally unmanned installation, undersea pipelines, and modification of existing facilities.
Bidders must meet all the requirements including satisfactory experience in completing offshore EPCI works during the past seven years that can be verified by PHE ONWJ; healthy financial condition verified by independent auditor; have excellent HSSE management system; and able to operate personnel, equipment, vessels and other supporting materials in accordance with aforementioned scope of works.
Services companies can form consortium to bid for the project, it added.
The ONWJ production sharing contract (PSC) is located in Java Sea with a total area of about 8,300km square, spanning from Cirebon waters to Kepulauan Seribu, offshore Jakarta.
