PHE, partner to begin drilling exploration well in Block 3, Qatar

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), a subsidiary of state owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina, and its partner Wintershall plan to drill one exploration well in Block 3, Qatar this year, company President Director Salis S. Aprilian told Petromindo.com.

Salis said he expects to spud the well at end third quarter or early fourth quarter. He however declined to disclose the amount of expenditure for the drilling work.
