PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), a subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm Pertamina, noted that realized oil production as of early October 2012 averaged at 58,400 bopd, while gas production averaged 487,000 mscfd.

?PHE?s realized oil production until October 2012 averaged 58,400 bopd, or 84 percent of work plan, while gas production averaged 487,000 mmscfd or 90 percent of work plan,? Corporate Secretary Wahidin told Petromindo.com Wednesday. The combined oil and gas production is 142,500 barrel oil equivalent per day.

He did not provide comparative figures.

Wahidin added that until end of this year, PHE plans to drill 44 exploration wells and 99 development wells.

Separately, President Director of PHE Salis Aprilian said that the rig leased from PT Pertamina Drilling Service Indonesia (PDSI) will be contracted to PHE WMO for two years to drill some 20 exploration and development wells.

?The rig was shipped out from Keppel Yard Singapore on Monday. It is expected to arrive at the PHE WMO location within a few weeks, thus enable drilling at the new PHE-54 field end of November or early December 2012,? he told Petromindo.com
