PHE shuts down Tanjung Enim#2 CBM well

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) GMB Asset Sumatra has suspended the dewatering process at Tanjung Enim#2 coal bed methane well in South Sumatra due to pump-related problem.
?The Tanjung Enim#2 coal bed methane (CBM) well has already started dewatering, gas has already come out. But it?s now been suspended due to pump problem,? Manager of PHE GMB Asset Sumatra, Eko Rudi Tantoro told Petromindo.com Thursday.
Eko said that the company is currently still looking for the necessary pump parts to repair it and resume the dewatering process. Hopefully, gas from the well can flow again by the end of April.
