PHE to drill 4 CBM wells

Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), a subsidiary of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero), will drill four pilot wells and one re-entry well at Tanjung II CBM block in Tabalong regency, East Kalimantan starting the middle of this year
The firm has carried out various studies, including G&G study, completed licensing process and acquired lands in three drilling locations, and drilled three exploration wells and conducted corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, according to Tonny S. Priantono, General Manager of PHE Metan Tanjung II.
The Tanjung II block covers a total area 1,092 sq km, PT PHE Metana Tanjung II PI 100% in the block
