Philippine firm eyeing Indonesian coal project

Philippine oil firm Imperial Resources said it was in talks with a Malaysian group of companies to explore possibility to jointly develop the latter's coal project in Indonesia.

"Imperial Resources showed showed interest in the project subject to more exploratory talks," the company said in a report to The Philippine Stock Exchange Monday.

No detail about the project or the Malaysian company given.(alex)
