Philippine?s PNOC eyes partnership with Indonesian firms

Philippine geothermal firm PNOC-Energy Development Corp said on Tuesday it was in talks for possible partnerships with three Indonesian companies to develop projects in Indonesia.

PNOC-EDC President Paul Aquino said he was looking at deals with state owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), PT Petrogas Jambi Power and Westindo for a range of geothermal projects in Indonesia.

"We are looking at drilling activities, consultancy and joint ventures," Aquino said as quoted by Reuters on Tuesday, without elaborating. (*)
