Photovoltaic panels planned in Bali, Surabaya airports

The Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry stated that currently feasibility studies for developing solar photovoltaic project at Ngurah Rai Airport, in Bali, and Juanda Airport, in Surabaya, East Java, with target capacity of 5 MW are being conducted by two private companies.

Director of Various New Energy and Renewable Energy at the Directorate General of New, Renewable Energy, and Energy Conservation, Maritje Hutapea told Petromindo.com recently that the feasibility studies are expected to be completed in December 2015. She, however, didn't elaborate the total investment for this project and the name of the two companies.
