PIM assured gas supply

Upstream oil, gas authority BPMIGAS said that Aceh fertilizer firm PT Pupuk iskandar Muda (PIM) will get 7 cargoes of LNG supply in 2011-12 period.
Chairman R. Priyono told Petromindo.Com that BPMIGAS has issued letter that guaranteed LNG supply availability to PIM last Friday.
Priyono said that LNG cargoes will be sourced from Bontang and Arun swap, adding that PIM will pay US$6.5 per MMBTU.
According to Priyono, 2 cargoes of this year?s supply would come from two spot cargoes from Bontang that was originally allocated to Jakarta bay LNG floating terminal, which completion was delayed to next year. (godang)
