Pipit Mutiara to slightly increase output

East Kalimantan coal miner PT Pipit Mutiara Jaya (PMJ) plans to produce about 2.7 million tons of coal this year, and to further increase it to around 3-3.5 million tons next year, an industry source told Petromindo.Com.
PMJ has two coal blocks, namely Sebakis and Bebatu. Sebakis coal mine is expected to produce around 80,000 tons per month this year and around 100,000-120,000 tons per month next year with CV 6,500kcal/kg (GAR), the source said.
Bebatu is expected to produce 1.7 million tons this year and around 2 million tons next year of coal with CV of 5,100kcal/kg (GAR).
