?Four (of the participants) are traders and one is coal miner,? PJB official Puspo hadi told Petromindo.Com on Tuesday, but declining to give bidders? names.

The company requires coal CV of between 4,300-4,500Kcal/kg with total moisture of maximum 34 percent, ash content maximum of 6 percent, HGI minimum of 48 and sulphur content of 0.5 percent. (denny)
