PKN inks low-rank coal deal with Baradinamika

President Director Jeffrey Mulyono told Petromindo.com recently that the shipment would be used barges with capacity of 9,000 tons. The delivery will start next month, he said.
?Baramulti will use PKN coal as blending,? he said.
PKN started low rank coal production since September last year. PKN, a third generation CCoW holder, is located in Bulungan regency. PKN has mineable reserves of more than 120 million tonnes.
PKN made its first handymax coal export to Indian firm in December last year and will follow the second shipment this Feberuary to the same buyer in India.
PKN is still looking for offtakers for its 2010-11 coal production.
The mine will produce 1.3 million tones (MT) in 2010 and 2.5 MT in 2011, Marketing Manager Joy W. Sugoto told Petromindo.com in October last year. (denny)
