PKN sets flat production target for coal briquette this year

Coal mining company PT Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PKN) sets flat production target of coal briquette in Sekayan, North Kalimantan, this year.
President Director, Jeffrey Mulyono told Petromindo.com on Tuesday that the company is targeting only 60,000 tons of coal briquette this year or the same as the coal briquette production in 2016.
"Currently, we are focusing on productivity performance to be stable at the level of 60,000 tons annually," he said. Jeffrey revealed that majority of coal briquette will be allocated for internal need.
"About 95% of our coal briquette production will be used for our mine mouth power plant in Sekayan," he said.
