PLN calls for bids to supply 600,000 kl of hsd, mfo

State owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) announced on Monday tenders for the provision of a total of 600,000 kiloliters of high speed diesel (HSD) and marine fuel oil (MFO) for its power plants in Belawan, North Sumatra and Pontianak, West Kalimantan.
PLN?s Division Head of Oil Fuels and Gas Suryadi Mardjoeki told Petromindo.com that the 600,000 kl oil fuels comprise 250,000 kl of hsd for the PLTGU Belawan power plant and 350,000 kl of mfo for the PLTGU Pontianak power plant. The amounts are for annual consumption of the two power plants.
The winners of the tenders are to be announced in early June, according to Suryadi.
