PLN Enjiniring retenders four gasified coal power plants

PT Prima Layanan Nasional Enjiniring (PLN Enjiniring), a subsidiary of state utility firm PT PLN said that it is retendering four gasified coal power plants (PLTGB) ? three in Sumatera and one in Kalimantan island.

The three gasified coal power plants are PLTGB Bagansiapiapi, Rokan Hilir in Riau province with capacity of 8,000 kW; PLTGB Tanjung Batu in South Sumatera province with capacity of 8,000 kW; and PLTGB Tanjung Pandan in Bangka Belitung province with capacity of 5,000 kW.

The other one is PLTGB Putussibau in West Kalimantan province with capacity of 8,000 kW.

The company said the tender is open for domestic and foreign companies in partnership with local firms. In the event that foreign firms take part, the consortium must be led by a local company.

Registration and pre-qualification process started on September 30 and will last until October 5. (roffie)
