PLN extends registration of marine vessel tender

INVITATION TO BID

PT PLN (Persero) (?PLN?) as a state electricity company of Indonesia, will conduct tender for Leasing Marine Vessel Power Plant to fulfill electricity demand in medium term. PLN hereby invite bidders to participate in an International competitive bidding.

Requirements of the tender, are as follows:
1. Scope of works: Provide power plant, Including operation, Maintenance, Insurance, Mobilisation, Fuel, Workers, Transformer, Switchyard, Jetty.
2. Type of Power Plant : Dual Firing (HFO/MFO and Gas), Floating Mobile.
3. Year of Manufacture Power Plant: Not earlier than 2010
4. Locations and capacity: Sulawesi Utara (120 MW), Sumatera Utara (240 MW to be extended to 480 MW), Kalimantan Selatan dan Tengah (120 MW), Sulawesi Selatan (165 MW), Kupang (60 MW), Ambon (60 MW), and Lombok (60 MW).
5. Leasing term : 5 years (start COD from August 2015).
6. Bidders shall be the Owner and Operator of the power plant.

Bid documents can be obtained from May 29 (02.00 pm) to Jun 12, 2015 during business hours. Bid documents are available for a non refundable administration fee of DR 15.000.000,- (Fifteen Million Rupiah).

Aanwijzing will be held on Jun 5, 2015 and interested participants must submit bids not later than Jun 15, 2015 (01.00 pm).
