PLN holding HSD tender

State electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) has announced the launch of a tender for high-speed diesel (HDS) supply for its power plants for the 2013-2015 period.
In a tender announcement released Wednesday, the procurement is to fulfill HSD supply need for its power plants within the areas of Belawan-Medan, with volume expected to hover around 750,000 kl, and of Belitung with estimated contract volume of 120,000 kl.
