INVITATION FOR BIDS
FOR GAS FIRED POWER PLANTS 200 MW ARUN LOCATION
1. PT PLN (Persero) invites sealed bids for an International Competitive Bidding that implementing a two stages bidding process for a project:
Title : GAS FIRED POWER PLANTS 200 MW ARUN LOCATION
Gross Output (MW) : 200 MW
Engine : Gas Turbine or Gas Engine
2. The Bidder will be EPC enterprise in the form of Manufacturer, Single Company, Joint Venture/Joint Operation or Consortium to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning including qualification of main equipment; Gas Turbine/Gas Engine, generator, instrument & control, and 150 kV
3. The project will be financed by a corporate loan to PIN under Credit Export scheme.
The bidders shall propose the prospective lender to cover not less than 85 % of project cost without Government guarantee to PIN for further
4. The scope of works shall be on a turnkey basis, includes but not limited to site investigation and site development; engineering, procurement of goods, construction, testing and commissioning, substation, related civil works, including the warranty. Detail of scope of work is available on Bid
5. The prospective bidder criteria will be based on the satisfactory demonstration of:
a. Successful experience in constructing of minimum on 2 (two) projects as Contractor/Subcontractor for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning of minimum 25 MW per unit for Gas Turbine or minimum 6 MW per unit for Gas Engine.
b. The proposed Gas turbine or Gas Engine has already been operated for at least 10.000 (ten thousand) hours.
c. The minimum unit size of Gas Turbine is 50 MW or larger and the minimum unit size of Gas Turbine is 9MW or larger.
d. Financial capability as evidenced by audited balance sheet and profit/toss statement for the last 3 (three) years. The bidder?s financial capability should be sound and satisfactory and shall be evaluated in term of net profit and total
6. Bidders may register and collect the bid document from September 19th ? November 12th, 2012, after payment of a non refundable fee in the amount of Rp 15.000.000,- (fifteen million Rupiah) at the address below:
