PLN: Invitation for expression of interest for consultancy services for Kumbih-3 hydropower project

Kumbih-3 Hydro Electric Power Project
PT PLN (Persero) hereby invites qualified independent consultants to submit a prequalification document for consulting services required. Funds have been earmarked for this project by the German Bilateral Financial Cooperation, provided through KfW Development Bank.
The Project Implementation Consultant (PlC) services are divided into 2 phases:
Stage I : Project Development
Stage II : Project Implementation
Main tasks of the Project Implementation Consultant (PlC) among others but not limited to:
Services of Stage I ? Project Development
Stage I covers the services required in the procurement of the contractors (Construction and E&M) to realize the Kumbih-03 Hydro Electric Power Project.
Services of Stage II ? Project Implementation
Stage II covers the services of supervision of the contractors to realise the Kumbih-03 Hydro Electric Power Project. The Consultant acts more or less as an Project Implementation Consultant on taking over responsibility for the own Engineering/Design parts for the entire Implementation phase until Commissioning, Project Acceptance Certificate (PAC), Commercial Operation Date (COD) and Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC). He shall review, supervise and follow up the design, implementation schedule and prepare the required documents and certificates.
The consultancy services shall be carried out in close consultation with PLN and KM in all aspects of the assignment.
