PLN: Invitation for PQ of MEV for Air Insulated Switchgear and Gas Insulated Switchgear

1. PLN is inviting Major Equipment Vendor (MEV) from Indonesia and abroad to participate in a pre-qualification process of MEV for 70 kV 150 kV 275 kV and 500 kV Air Insulated Switchgear and Gas Insulated Switchgear The purpose of the pre-qualification is to establish a Pre-Approved List of Major Equipment Vendor (?Daftar Penyedia Terseleksi (DPT) Penyedia Peralatan Utama?) The DPT list shall be used to conduct limited bidding/tender of PLN?s funded projects
2 The package details including description of capacity and technology are to be provided in the letter of invitation.
3 Any Interested Applicants shall send email to dpt@pln.co.id The email shall contain: Applicant Company Name, Representative person, email address and phone number of representative person, Attention: PT PLN (Persero) Kantor Pusat Engineering & Procurement Planning Division (DIV EPP) Senior Manager of Planning Administration and Procurement, Subject: Intent to participate in the pre-qualification process of Major Equipment Vendor for 70 kV, 150 kV, 275 kV, and 500 kV Air Insulated Switchgear and Gas Insulated Switchgear Emails addressed differently will not be considered acceptable and will not be processed.
4 Letter of Invitation, Acknowledgement, and Confidentiality Agreement will be provided via email upon receiving email from the interested Applicant.
5 Closing registration date of intention(as stipulated on poin 3) is on September 8th 2017 at 23:59 Western Indonesia Time. Late submission shall be rejected.
6 Pre-qualification meeting will be held on September 11th, 2017 at 09:30 till 11:00 Western Indonesia Time at PT PLN (Persero) Head Office, Pre-Function Room, Main Building, 2nd Floor, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia
