for Coal Fired Power Plants

1. PLN is inviting for pre-qualification of local Indonesian and international vendors that has the capability to supply the following major equipment for Coat Fired Power Plants or relevant plants:
a. Boilers
b. Main Fans:
b1. Forced Draft Fans
b2. lnduced Draft Fans
c. Main Pumps:
c1. Boiler fed pumps
c2. Circulating Water Pumps
d. Steam Turbines
e. Generators
f. Coat Handling Systems:
f1. Ship Unloading System
f2. Stacker Reclaimer
f3. Coal Conveying System
g. Water Treatment Plant
g1. Desalination System
g2. Demineralized Water System

The purpose of the present Pre-qualification is to establish a Pre-Approved List of Major Equipment Vendors (?Daffar Penyedia Terseleksi (OPT) Peralatan Utama?) that may be used as a reference for limited bidding/tendering of future PIN?s funded projects in relation to Coal Fired Power Plants of unit size 50MW. The interested vendors shall have manufacturing facilities in Indonesia or OECD Country members that has diplomatic relation with Indonesia.

2. The indicative package requirement of each major equipment is to be provided in the letter of invitation.

3. Interested Applicants shall register their interest by emailing to dpt@pln.co.id with CC to RegisterPLN@hatch.com. The registration email shall contain the following information: Applicant Company Name, Representative person, email address and phone. number of representative person, Attention: PT PIN (Persero) Kantor Pusat, Engineering & Procurement Planning Division (DIV EPP), Senior Manager of Planning Administration and Procurement, Subject: Intent to participate in the Pre-qualification process of Major Equipment Vendors for Coal Fired Power Plants. Emails addressed differently will not be considered accept able and will not be processed.

4. Letter of Invitation and Draft of Acknowledgement and Confidentiality Agreement will be provided via email upon receiving email from the interested Applicant.

5. Closing date for registration of interest is on 23 Dec 2016 at 23:59 Western Indonesia time. Late submission will not be accepted.
