PLN: Invitation for prequalification of EPC contractors for coal fired power plant

Coal Fired Power Plant
1. PLN is inviting EPC Contractors from Indonesia and OECD Country members, which has diplomatic relation with Indonesia, to participate in a pre-qualification process for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Work of Coal Fired Power Plants for unit sizes of 25 MW, 50 MW, 100 MW and 200 MW. The purpose of the Pre-qualification is to establish a Pre-Approved List of EPC Contractors (?Daftar Penyedia Terseleksi (DPT) Kontraktor EPC?). The DPT list shall be used to conduct limited bidding/tender of PLN?s funded projects.
2. The package details including description of capacity and technology are to be provided in the letter of invitation.
3. Any Interested Applicants shall send email to dpt@pln.co.id with CC to RegisterPLN@hatch.com. The email shall be addressed as follow: Applicant Company Name, Representative person, email address and phone number of representative person, Attention: PT PLN (Persero) Kantor Pusat, Engineering & Procurement Planning Division (DIV EPP), Senior Manager of Planning Administration and Procurement, Subject: Intent to participate in the Prequalification process of EPC Contractors for Coal Fired Power Plant for unit sizes of 25 MW, 50 MW, 100 MW and 200 MW. Emails addressed differently will not be considerate acceptable and will not be processed.
4. Letter of Invitation, Acknowledgement, and Confidentiality Agreement will be provided via email upon receiving email from the interested Applicant.
5. Closing registration date is on 7 Nov 2016 at 23:59 Western Indonesia Time. Late submission shall be rejected.
