PLN: Invitation to bid for rehabilitation and modernization of Paiton power plant

The Government of Indonesia (GOI) receives a loan from Japan Bank of International Cooperation (JBIC) of Export Credit Line to finance the said project, which is located in Probolinggo of East Java Province, Indonesia
Bidding is Open to bidders from Japanese companies or consortium /joint operation / joint ventures led by Japanese companies and the country of origin of the supplied equipment and/or services shall, be primarily Japanese manufacture origin including a certain amount of third countries.
PT. PLN (Persero) “(the Employer)” invites to submit a sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following Contract Package:
“Rehabilitation and Modernization of Paiton Steam Power Plant Unit 1 & 2 (2 x 400 MW )“
To purchase the bidding documents bidders should:
• Collect the documents from the address below from April 27,2007
• Pay a non-refundable fee of five million Rupiah (Rp.5,000,000,-)
