PLN: Invitation to re-bid "Rehabilitation and Modernization of Saguling Hydro Power Plant Unit 1-4

INVITATION TO RE-BID “REHABILITATION AND MODERNIZATION OF SAGULING HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER PLANT UNIT 1-4 (4 x 178 MW)”
The government of Indonesia (GOI) receives a loan from Japan Bank of International Corporation (JBIC) of Export Credit Line to finance the said project, which is located in Cianjur of West Java Province, Indonesia.
Re-Bidding is open to bidders from Japanese companies or consortium/joint operation/joint ventures led by Japanese companies and the country of origin of the supplied equipment and /or services shall be primarily Japanese manufacture or origin including a certain amount of third countries.
PT. PLN (Persero) “(the employer)” invites to submit sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following contract packages:
“Rehabilitation and Modernization of Saguling Hydro Electric Power Plant Unit 1-4 (4 x 178 MW)”
To purchase the re-bidding documents, bidders should:
• Collect the documents from the address below from July 12, 2007
• Pay a non-refundable fee of three million Rupiah (Rp. 3,000,000,-)
