PLN opens bid to select consultant for NTT electrification program

Implementation Consultant for the
1000 Islands Renewable Energy for Electrification Program (REEP) (Pilot Phase in Nusa Tenggara Timur)

As first stage of an international open bidding procedure for the for the services of an Implementation Consultant for the Pilot Phase of the 1000 Islands Renewable Energy for Electrification Program (REEP) with the implementation of solar PV systems operated together with diesel generation sets as hybrid systems (PVDH) for 94 locations in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) hereby invites qualified independent consultants to submit a prequalification document (Expression of interest). Funds for the services have been earmarked for this project and will be provided by a loan from KfW Development Bank.

The, expressions of interest have to be submitted and must be received not later than November 19th, 2015, at 16:00 local time at PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (PT. PLN) in Jakarta/Indonesia (one original and four copies). Two copies shall be sent to KfW Development Bank in Frankfurt/Germany. Only the submission of the set with the original at PT. PLN is relevant for timely delivery.

All cost for obtaining information/data and preparation/submission of the prequalification document, meetings, negotiations, etc. in relation with the prequalification or the subsequent proposalshall be borne by the consultants.

The following document provides the necessary information on the required consulting services and the details on this pre-qualification procedure.

At any time, PT. PLN either at its own initiative or in response to clarifications requested by an interested consultant may clarify this invitation.
