INFRASTRUCTURE OF GAS SUPPLY TO PLN?S
GAS FIRED POWER PLANTS
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
In order to accelerate electrification ratio and ensure security of gas supply for PLN?s Gas Fired Power Plants in Sumatera, Maluku and Papua Regions. PT PLN (Persero) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the Services.
The Consulting services are to undertake Feasibility Study and Front End Engineering Design (FEED), by involving all related aspects, among others, financial, formal legal, economy, engineering, and government regulations.
The proposed project locations are as follows:
? Sumatera: 5 Power Plants
? Bangka Belitung: 2 Power Plants
? West Kalimantan: 2 Power Plants
? North Maluku: 10 Power Plants
? Maluku: 16 Power Plants
? West Papua: 9 Power Plants
? Papua: 14 Power Plants
The Consultant can obtain the Pre-Qualification (PQ) Document on:

PQ Document taken beyond that schedule is not acceptable
PQ Document should be taken by Chief of the Consultant or delegation staff brings stamped power of attorney and paid Document replacement cost at amount 5,000,000 IDR.
