PLN opens tender to supply 1.62MT of coal to Asam-Asam

Central and South Kalimantan unit of state electricity firm PLN on Wednesday announced the opening of tender to supply 1.62 million tonnes of coal to Asam-Asam power plant in South Kalimantan.
The company said winning bidder(s) would supply 45,000 tonnes of coal to the power plant for three years.
Limit price set for the whole volume was Rp.453 billion (US$=Rp.8,950).
The company said the coal CV requirement was 4,200-4,700 kcal/kg.
Tender document could be obtained from November 1-3 2010 at PLN?s office, Jl. Panglima Batur Barat No.1, Banjarbaru.
Bid subsmission is scheduled from November 8 to 18 and with document opening secheduled on November 18. (alex)
