PLN operates second transformer at Sukarame sub-station

State-owned electricity company PT PLN said it had on Thursday successfully operated a second 60 MVA transformer at the Sukarame sub-station in Bandar Lampung, Lampung Province.

PLN said in a statement on Friday that the new transformer will end the overload problem at the Sukarame sub-station, which previously only have one 30 MVA transformer, thus increasing the reliability of power supply in the region.

PLN said that the Sukarame sub-station servers electricity supply in several areas in Lampung.
