PLN, Pertamina to sign LNG MSPA

Public utility PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (PLN) will sign a Master Sales and Purchase Agreement (MSPA) with state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) later today on first shipment of LNG from the Bontang LNG plant in East Kalimantan to PLTDG Pesanggaran power plant in Bali
This was said by Eri Prabowo Director of Production of PT Indonesia Power, a subsidiary of PLN, the owner of the power plant.
?The MSPA is scheduled to be signed this afternoon by PLN and Pertamina, as the seller of state production share, as well as Total and Inpex,? Eri told Petromindo.
Total and Inpex are the contractors of Mahakam block, the main supplier of gas to the Bontang LNG plant.
PTLDG Pesanggaran diesel and gas power plant has a capacity of 200 MW. The LNG will be delivered to the power plant via the Benoa mini LNG terminal owned by PT Pelindo Energi Logistik.
