PLN, PGN agree on S. Sumatra gas price

State electricity firm PLN said on Friday that it would pay state gas distribution firm PGN US$5.6 per MMBTU to supply gas to Talang Duku 40-MW power plant in South Sumatra.
PLN senior official Nasri Sebayang told Petromindo.Com that under the deal which GSA would be signed soon; PGN will supply 8MMCFD of gas to the power plant starting June 2009. He did not disclose the length of the contract.
PGN will supply gas to the power plant through its South Sumatra to West Java (SSWJ) pipeline. (bernard)
