PLN plans tender for 7,000 MW power plant projects

State owned electricity firm PT PLN plans to hold tender next month for power plant projects with combined capacity of 7,000 MW.
Bisnis Indonesia quoted PLN Director of Procurement Supangkat Iwan Santoso as saying that the company is currently preparing the documents for the tender, which will be participated by independent power producers.
He added that PLN will also hold next month EPC tender for its own power plant projects with combined capacity of 3,700 MW. (*)
