PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION
FOR 2 (TWO) LOCATIONS OF GAS TURBINE POWER PLANT (PEAKING)

1. The Bid of the Gas Turbine Power Plant (GTPP) for:

PT PLN (Persero) called PLN? invites the Prospective Applicants to follow? Pre-qualification for above mentioned project in the basis of lump sum turnkey EPC-contract.

2. PLN intend to Pre-Qualify Applicants as EPQ Contractors in the form of Firm/Single Company, Joint Venture/Joint Operation or Consortium to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning Including qualification of main equipment, gas turbine, generator, Instrument & control, and 150 kV substation. The qualified Applicants will be invited for the International Competitive Bidding process (ICB) of the above projects. The proposed projects will be financed under PIN fund.

3. The scope of works shall be on a turnkey basis, include but not limited to site investigation and site development, engineering, procurement of goods, construction, testing and commissioning, substation, related civil works, Including the warranty. Detail of Scope of Work will be available on PreQualification Document.

4. Pre-Qualification criteria will be based on the Applicant?s satisfactory demonstration of:
a. Successful as Contractor which has experienced as follows:
- As Contractor for engineering, procurement and construction, commissioning and commercial operation of Gas Turbine Power Plant with project size in minimum of 20 MW (Site Condition) or larger at least 2 (two) years or
- As Contractor for engineering, procurement and construction, with minimum 75% construction progress of Steam Power Plant with project size in minimum of 15 MW or larger.
b. Financial capability as evidenced by audited balance sheet and profit/loss statement for the last 3 (three) years. The Applicant?s financial capability should be sound and satisfactory and shall be evaluated in term of net profit and total assets.

5. Applicant may register and collect the Prequalification document from Monday, May 2nd, 2011, until Wednesday, May 18th, 2011, after payment of a non refundable fee in the amount of Rp. 1.000.000,- (one million Rupiahs) at the following address:

6. Applications in one (1) original, three (3) copies and one (1) electronic copy shall be delivered by hand not later than Wednesday, May 18th, 2011 at 14:00 WIST, to the above address in the sealed envelopes with clearly marked as mentioned as Project of point I above
