INVITATION NOTICE FOR THE PRE-QUALIFICATION OF APPLICANTS
FOR THE RENTAL IMPLEMENTATION OF BARRU COAL FIRED STEAM
POWER PLANT
PT PLN (Persero)(?PLN?) intends to select a potential project sponsor (the ?Project Sponsor?) to develop Coal Fired Steam Power Plant Rental Project in Republic of Indonesia. The selected Project Sponsor will develop, finance, construct and operate the Project with gross capacity of each project is:
The Project is on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis pursuant to a long-term concession period up to 9 (nine) years.
This Pre-qualification is open to interested party or parties, either domestic or foreign partnership with domestic, who have previous experience in implementing power generation projects and will be selected through a competitive bidding process from a pool of Applicants that meet the qualification criteria as set forth in Prequalification Document The Qualification Criteria will be based on three categories represent the Applicant?s ability to develop similar projects, its power generation experience and its financial strength.
PLN invites interested parties to submit PQ?s applications in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Pre-Qualification Document Only Applicants whose Qualification Statements demonstrate that they meet all of the criteria set forth in the Pre-Qualification Document will be invited to submit bids for the Project.
Registration and retrieval schedule of Pre-qualification Document will be start from September 4th to 20th, 2012 at the following hours : 09.00?14.00 West Indonesia Standard lime after payment of a non refundable fee in the amount of Rp 500.000,- (five hundred thousand rupiahs) at the following address:

Applicants should submit to PLN, their application for the pre-qualification during normal business hours start from September 10th to 21th, 2012. The final submission time/date shall be before 14.00 west Indonesia Standard Time of September 21th, 2012.
