PT PLN (PERSERO) has applied for financing from the French Development Agency, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following services: Consulting Services Jakarta?s Network Master Plan Study.
Jakarta city and its conurbation area are facing problems commonly met in fast growing metropolitan cities. The objective of the study is to provide technical options to PLN to carry out the expansion plan of generation, transmission and distribution networks of Jakarta city. The Study shall contribute to improve the systems efficiency taking into account technical, environmental, economic and financial aspects. The overall expected output is the production of Jakarta?s master plan study over the next 20 years.
PT PLN (PERSERO) now invites international consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
The Client will prepare a short list of about six candidates to be pre-selected on the basis of the expressions of interest received to whom he will send a Request for Proposals to perform the services.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by September 26, 2016.
