NOTICE FOR THE PRE-QUALIFICATION OF APPLICANTS
FOR PROCUREMENT OF LNG INFRASTRUCTURE
FOR GAS FIRED POWER PLANTS
IN BANGKA, BELITUNG, PONTIANAK AND NIAS
In order to assure the operational of gas fired power plants which are included in 35.000 MW's project, PT PLN (Persero) (PLN) is preparing fuel gas supply for power plants as below:

PLN intends to invite qualified companies to participate Pro-Qualification (PQ) with scope of works of this project is to build and operate LNG vessels, jetties and the topside works, LNG storages, and regasification facilities for gas fired power plants in Bangka, Belitung, Pontianak, and Nias. For operation and maintenance of the facilities, the awarded Contractor of this procurement will be partnered with PLN?s subsidiary company to establish a Special Purpose Company (SPC).
Pre-Qualification is open for firms and consortium from countries which have diplomatic relationship with Indonesia and well experienced as a firm or consortium in the field of LNG Plant, LNG Marine Transportation, LNG Storage, LNG Regasification Facility as EPCI Contractor and Operator or as Owner. The minimum experience requirement for a single firm or consortium is in LNG Marine Transportation, LNG Storage and LNG Regasification Facility. The foreign companies cannot participate as a single bidder and shall engage with Indonesian reputable companies as member of consortium. International firms and formed consortium with foreign companies members, each foreign company members should be registered under the law of their country.
PQ Applicants must demonstrate a current D&B (Dun & Bradsteet) rating at least 5A2 or an investment grade credit rated by S&P, Moody?s or Fitch for Consortium Leader, and each member other than Consortium Leader must demonstrate a current D&B (Dun & Bradsteet) rating at least 5A3 or an investment grade credit rated by S&P, Moody?s or Fitch.

PQ Document should be taken after payment of a non- refundable fee in amount of DR 5,000,000 has been accomplished by chief of the companies or delegation staff who bring power of attorney.
