FOR RE-BIDDING 2 (TWO) LOCATIONS OF COAL FIRED STEAM POWER
PLANT CLASS OF 7-15 MW

has, been fail due to out of the regulation. PT PLN (Persero) called MPLN? therefore invites the ProspecliveApplicants to follow Pre-qualification for Re-Bidding of above mentioned project

2. PLN intend to Pre-Qualify Applicants as EPC Contractors in the form of Single Company, Joint Venture/Joint Operation or Consortium to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The qualified Applicants will be invited for the International Competitive Bidding process (ICB) of the above 2 (two) projects. The Applicants may participate either one or both of this project. The proposed projects will be financed by PLN under his own fund.

3. The scope of works shall be on an EPC basis, included but not limited to site investigation and site development, engineering procurement of goods, construction, testing and commissioning, substation, related civil works and manna works, including the warranty. The Commercial Operation Date (COD) and handover for the first Unit of each project shall be 28 months from the date of contract signing, the next Unit shall be completed with in 2 months for the following first Unit.

4. Pre-Qualificatlon criteria will be based on the Applicant?s satisfactory demonstration of:
a. Successful as Contractor/Subcontractor for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and commercial operation for at least 2 (two) years of Steam Power Plant or Combined Cycle Power Plant with project size of 6 MW per unit or larger.
b. Financial capability as evidenced by audited balance sheet and profit/loss statement for the last 2(two) years. The Applicant?s financial capability should be sound and satisfactory and shall be evaluated in term of net profit and total assets.

5. Applicant may register and collect the Prequalification document from Thursday, July 09,2009 until Friday, July 24, 2009, after payment of a non refundable fee in the amount of Rp 1. 500.000,-(one million five hundred thousand Rupiah) each at:
